I live an hour away from here, but for Rubis I don't mind driving this far!!
Signs everywhere: they DO NOT put cheese or sour cream on the tacos. You order you food before you sit. They give you a buzzer for when your food is ready. They have about 7 tables and a few bar sits. There's an area where you go collect whatever sauces you want along with making etc. The guacamole taste fresh. We ordered grilled peppers and they have serrano peppers not jalapeno like other restaurants. Those things are spicy. Cut 1 up to add to guacamole. Made it just right for me.
