I suffered with a hearing problem in my left ear for several months. Several attempts were made to address the issue with no success. I was referred to Dr. Ronald L. Rubenstein by the Epic Care Medical Group. I must say this was one of the best referrals I've ever had. Excellent set up of ENT. Very hospitable staff. Doctor tested the year thoroughly for hearing deficit.
I doubt he is truly a "doctor". The 1-star Yelp reviews are accurate, unfortunately. Don't waste your time and gas to visit him (or give your info to his office). Find ANY other ENT. He clearly did not have a proper understanding of my issue, nor did he care to understand it (though I repeatedly tried to explain).
