I've used Mr. Rubenstein for several sales and purchases. More than 5 actually. He has always done everything professionally even when his wife passed there were no problems. I agree the past staff were horrible to deal with, I actually hated to call, but with his good value for money and his humor always had me return. I'm more than happy to know he is in a better location in Burlington with very pleasant staff.
