I’m not satisfied at all…
This practice is horrible. They charge a large retainer up front, to DO NOTHING, they don't file anything or even bother to SHOW UP FOR COURT APPEARANCES, they won't ever communicate or return calls, much less will they complete paperwork by deadlines or AT ALL. Dont bother begging for them to actually represent you, as it an exercise in futility. No one in the office has any manners OR respect when they speak to you.
