Was highly recommended from neighbors so I gave him a chance. I made it very clear that I expect his team to care for both the plants they installed and the ones that were planted before his initial service, else he would replace them. He planted the weakest plants I have ever seen that would not grow, he did nothing to care for them even though I pay for regular maintenance, and when the plants died he would not replace them.
