I can only speak about the young lady that I received services from. From the start I should have jumped out of that chair when I knew she wasn’t listening to me. she kept talking over me and “yesss girl” ing me what a horror she chopped off more than what I asked for n dry! N when I say more I mean she had a field day with my hair! Not 3 inch’s she went for. Short hair style. It was def my first n will be the last time receiving cuts from this individual.
