I have taken my 2013 Volkswagen Passat to Ruben’s auto repair several times, unfortunately that model of VW is plagued with issues. Each time I am beyond impressed with not only the service, but their willingness to lend a hand. Every time that I have dropped my car off they have offered to drive me back home and pick me up when the car was finished. The prices are fair and they have flexible payment options. These folks helped me get my son’s car towed from a residence in IF as we are from Burley. Cars power steering was damaged by running over a retread in the dark. They towed it, diagnosed it, sent pictures then called and spoke with me. Very nice and professional! Car was fixed in two days (1 day for shipping parts). Very happy with this shop! Hats off to Katie and Ruben! Great people!
