I cannot say enough good things about Silvia Rodriguez from State Farm. She is extremely responsive and very knowledgeable. Excellent service. State Farm is lucky to have her. Very highly recommended!
I’ve been a loyal State Farm customer for 30+ years, but my experience with agent Elizabeth at the Ruben Sanchez agency was awful. She was antagonistic, disrespectful, and treated my mother and me like liars when we called to make a simple policy change. Unprofessional and aggressive—would not recommend their life insurance services.
