These people are never available to take my call. It takes me to get angry and threaten to leave to a competitor to get any kind of help from these people. I have been insured with this specific branch of statefarm for literally 10 years and I don't even know who my rep is at this office. It seems like they do whatever they can to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. I have not been able to speak to someone other than the front desk in 3 years.
