Right now I've been sitting here with my mother for 30 minutes after she told them she's needed to go to the bathroom. 30 mins so far and no CNA. UNDERSTAFFED.
The address is misleading. It is actually on Minnesota behind the Firestone.
The techs are great... the nurses not so much
So far what I've seen is my grandma asks for Ice and it takes them 30 mins and me asking 3 times for it. That's not great service! I work in the medical field, it's not hard to help people.
If you don't have a health insurance don't try to come here, 6 hours in the ER (3 hours waiting in the cold area) with some blood tests and cultures, chest x-ray and EKG for around 3000$! OMG!
When going to a hospital, please understand that you or your friend/family members are not the only ones that have to be seen.
The staff was very nice & helpful. It was very busy and we were there 8 hrs. After we made it yo the back, We were told there was only 1 doctor-44 rooms filled & 35 still waiting in ER waiting room
My grandma been here a week and a half gotta say fast service and everyone is so nice.
Dr. Munson is excellent! The staff is courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
