I met Dr Kuzniecky about 8-10 years ago when he was with NYU Langone and came highly recommended. I was extremely happy with dr & staff now that he’s with Northwell! Its like a living nightmare! Im on a ride i cant wait to get off of! STAFF extremely RUDE! If you dont mind being disrespected! I give dr Kuznieckys staff a Negative 10! Too bad i can only give 1 Star ⭐️ up until dr joined northwell i always got a call back by the end of business! 5+ days still waiting to address my medication problem!!!!
I’ve been seeing Dr Kuznieky for over 15 years now and feel he is an excellent Dr. But unfortunately unless I’m in an actual appointment with the actual Dr. Everyone else you have to deal with in the office is a complete disaster. Ever since he moved from NYU to Lennox Hill it has been a nightmare dealing with office staff. If you need a prescription called in it is a major task. Dr. Ruben Kuzniecky is unique neurologist who treats our family many years. Brilliant doctor, excellent person, always patient with sense of humor. Only three words we can say about Dr. Kuzniecky---he is the best, the best, the best!!! We love him very much and always appriciate for his help! With respect Gary and Valentina Milman
