Dr Kandov is an exceptional cardiologist. He is knowledgeable, caring, listens to what your explaining and acts. I wouldn’t have my life in any other hands. Almost EVERY doctors practice on the Island & Brooklyn (with the exception of Dr Dany Elsayegh who runs his practice the same way) can learn something from him and his staff. Best cardiologist. Professional and caring.
Old patient tried to make an appointment Representative was curt with me. Put me on hold then got back on and said next appointment would be in May 6 months from now. Did not ask me reason for appointment. I will notify insurance company about this matter. I hope Dr Kandov is aware of this rude behavior. Very strange .
