I have been going to Dr. Skrokov for 20 years. Ten years ago I went to South Carolina and I broke out in a terrible rash. I called him up he gave me his email I sent him the pictures. Even though I wasn't in the state he tried to help me and referred me to a doctor he knew in the Carolinas. He's a very caring doctor.
Knowledgeable,compassionate and I feel so comfortable with his care
Shout out to Dr. Huh! She has never failed to return a call herself. She thoroughly explains things and makes sure you understand them.Even though her regular appointments are months out she will always make an exception for an emergency. She's everything a doctor should be!
Love Dr. HUH —- However, if you call the office be ready to waste at least a half hour!On at least five occasions, I’ve been on hold, waiting for a human to talk to. On three occasions, I hung up at the 20 minute mark. On the other two, after 15 minutes, I got cut off!I’ll try once more (because my family really likes Dr. Huh), then find another Dematologist.
I've been a patient of Dr Huh for over a decade. She is kind and explains everything every time. She is so detailed when she is examining you, that you feel confident that if there is something wrong she would catch it. Yes, you have to make your appointments months in advance but that is because she is good and people want to see her. Would you really want to see a Doctor whose schedule was wide open all the time? No office communication. Heart monitor was never ordered. I ask staff 2x said I didn't need one. Weeks later I get a call from staff looking for return of monitor. Incomplete diagnosis, right branch bundle block completely missed. Prescribed 2 of the same class of meds by accident what would of happened if I hadn't questioned it? Had to go to the emerg room Memorial wknd due to side effects of drugs prescribed. In AGONY. Hi my name is Walter I have been seeing Dr San Roman for the last 20 years. He is one of the kindest person I’ve ever met. His staff is wonderful. They actually do care about the patience and when it comes to appointments, they try their best Sandra and Carrie are just wonderful.. I trust Dr San Roman with my life. Dr Kandov did two catheterization procedures with in the last 3 months, I was very happy with his bed side manner and the way he communicated with me and my Spouse.
