Ruben, all I got to say is thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You told us not to worry you would take care of us. You sure went above and beyond, complete honesty, communication and above all making us feel at ease and stress free with the sale of our house. You took care of our sale, while I focused moving my family to another state. Stay blessed and keep doing what your doing you are truly great at what you do..

Ruben should receive the realtor of the year award for selling our house. From the moment I contacted him to the final close, Ruben was always available to help answer questions and find contractors to help us upgrade our house to get the most value from it. He really went the extra mile to make sure our sale was well advertised and priced right, that the documents were completed in an efficient manner and the close was seemless. I highly recommend Ruben Gutierrez as a realtor!
