This establishment is one of the most helpful ever! Ms Adriana Rodriguez is such a wonderful and helpful person! I had a problem with a “Robert Elizalde” State Farm agent from Edinburg… that Edinburg establishment just simply wouldn’t answer my calls and emails of my request to cancel with them. I called this place in Weslaco to ask if I could do the cancellation anywhere or it had to be specifically in the one I opened the policy. If it is your first time getting insured, I do not recommend this insurance agency. My policy was cancelled after being suggested to pause my autopay. I spoke with an agent before it officially cancelled and was not notified. The agent claimed to work on my policy yet it was cancelled. The worst part of all this is that they could not take accountability for their error. As a customer I was able to take responsibility of my mistake but they could not.
