I absolutely love Dr. Barerra, but his front desk staff is terrible. They’re constantly canceling and moving around appointments without proper notice — if it weren’t for the automated text reminders, I wouldn’t even know my appointments were rescheduled. Every visit seems to come with a new and inconsistent policy. This time, they gave me a hard time for not bringing my ID and insurance card — even though they had called me twice the same day to rush me in early for my appointment.
