I absolutely love Dr. Barerra, but his front desk staff is terrible. They’re constantly canceling and moving around appointments without proper notice — if it weren’t for the automated text reminders, I wouldn’t even know my appointments were rescheduled. Every visit seems to come with a new and inconsistent policy. This time, they gave me a hard time for not bringing my ID and insurance card — even though they had called me twice the same day to rush me in early for my appointment. Good morning. I just left the office, annoyed. Not only did you waste your time but my time. Everything could’ve been avoided had the receptionist clarified all the details over the phone when making the appointment. You guys had several chances to inform me. I scheduled the appointment about a month ago if not two. Originally scheduled for Tuesday - September 2nd - which I couldn’t make and had to reschedule. So we did & scheduled for September 4th.
