I ordered new tracks for my CX17B. They arrived super fast. I messed up on the order and got the wrong ones. All throughout the ordering process (calling the sales reps and technical experts) they were Very friendly, nice, and polite. I was able to reorder the correct tracks and have the other ones returned. It was again super fast and I was fortunate not to have to pay additional costs for my mistake. I'm definitely going to order from Rubbertrax again! Great experience!!
Bought from them back when they were actually a local company. Now they are owned by Summit supply in Illinois and not a local company. You'll deal with operators in another state to do business
