7 weeks after reporting an issue with our cloakroom vanity and they finally asked their supplier to send a replacement draw. The draw holes machined for the sliders were too large causing the draw to tilt / wobble forwards before sliding out. Even after the replacement arrived the problem still exists to a lesser extent. It’s been reported to Rubberduck but now I’m being ignored. Excellent customer service, online, in person and on the phone. We have made a couple of orders from Rubber Duck for our project. We tried to order the products from a different supplier initially, but they couldn't fulfil as they didn't deliver to our area - not a problem for Rubber Duck. Order and delivery was processed very quickly and just in time for bank holiday weekend DIY too!
I don't normally write a review because I tend to find the service provided by many organisations to be variable. However in the case of Rubberduck Bathrooms, I just have to shout out to anyone considering using this company, because the service we've received is exceptional.
