We ordered the toilet, sink and vanity unit we'd seen in Rubberduck's catalogue easily from the Middlesbrough branch and pick them up quite quickly the following week. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Really good service. Items were sent quickly and reasonably priced (to scotland). Checked items at delivery and no issues. 3 months later, went to install one part and noticed it had a defect. Reported it to the company and a new part was sent and arrived within days. Can't fault them at all.
Ordered online after talking to a sales member. He checked the availablity and tracked my order to ensure it was send straight away (needed it quickly). Within 24 hours the package arrived. Great service!
