Repacement Soft Close WC Seat at a Competative Price. Showroom assistant John was very helpful and this was most appreciated.
Started off well , needed another cabinet for bathroom . Husband went to middlesbrough branch paid for cabinet they said would deliver Thursday however still waiting on Friday after they said they would deliver after 2pm. Decided to ring and ask approx time of delivery, oh its not getting delivered might get it Monday which is no good for me, so had to go and pick it up ourselves to make sure we had it ready for plumber. Ordered new kitchen tap, service and information i required was excellent, would highly recommend and will definitely buy from here again.
Ordered £1000 worth of stock, to be told they've damaged it in the warehouse.. trying to blame another manufacturer instead of taking responsibility and then delaying the refund process. 2 bit company, that lies to you and then holds your money with a side of poor customer service over the phone Avoid at all costs as they only want your money and dont care about the service they provide you They then get funny in the comments on your honest review rather than actually help you as a customer, considering you took 30 days to g... read more
