We were getting quotes to do a church playground in rubber mulch. After looking at all quotes we chose you for the all around best options. You had everything we needed at one location and were very patient with us . We took 3 months after the initial contact and several updated quotes to finally make the deal. The product was shipped on our request date and arrived on time. The project looks awesome and we are well pleased with the products and functionality of it. We have used Rubberecycle many times. We like the product, but their delivery service had a lot to be desired this time. They used a third party delivery service, Motion Express, and we had many issues with them. First issue was delivery was 3 days later than scheduled, with no phone call to let us know. Second, and the biggest issue, was that it was delivered in the middle of our entrance roadway, directly in front of a handicapped accessible entrance to our building. This material is great! It came quickly and was exactly what was advertised. These kids love it, and the best part is no splinters!
