The warehouse is like a oven in the summer time with all the steam pressers on. If it's 90 degrees outside that means it's like a 110 inside.
Horrible customer service response, and the pricing jumped by x10. Lead times went from 2 weeks to 18 weeks.
Rubbercraft HAD been an OEM supplier since 1975, on our AVL, approved vendor list, for over 25 years. We did business with Rubbercraft when they were located in Gardena, CA and after their move to Long beach. We WERE able to coordinate small batch extrusions, sheet goods and die cut products for our specialty clients. Unfortunately they seem to be experiencing a sales/customer service collapse and are unable to respond to our request for quote RFQ for material which they had previously quoted and supplied.
