On October 4th at 12:10 pm I called and talked with you about the wrong size tire (ST205/75/R15) not mounted that you gave to us on September 24, 2023 on a service call from our roadside assistance services. You said that you would call us back in about 2 hours. We never heard back from you again. This is not the first time you have not responded back to us. Don’t waste your time and call Gaston’s Tire and Towing instead! We Called Rubber2Go for help with a blown out tire and the man who answered said he would “check the back” and call us back. An hour later still no phone call and wouldn’t answer our return phone calls (multiple). So we Drove to the Business/shop location and it doesn’t exist. Spoke to two locals and they’ve never heard of this business.

Fast service, very nice and careful technician, reasonable pricing for mobile service, and seems to have access to many tire sizes. Highly recommend!

We called them slightly after 5PM because we had a flatbed with our guys sitting on the side of the road. They said they could be there within 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. 3 hours later they would not answer the phone nor had they showed up! We had to call another company, Kelvin's Auto and Tire was quick to answer and showed up as promised. We will NEVER recommend nor use Rubber2Go again!!!
