I had a tech come out to tell me my garbage disposal was dead ($59 later). They then quoted me for a replacement and service, in which they tacked another $59 “diagnostic fee” onto the service. We already know what the problem is, not sure why the second $59 was necessary. I then called to discuss options and left two messages with their answering service. Excellent service visit from Rubber Ducky for a leaking toilet. They were able to come out within a couple of hours. The repairman was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to leave me with valuable information. The cost was more than reasonable

I had been using another local plumbing company for years but they were never available, even during emergencies. Rubber Ducky Plumbing was here by noon and fixed the problem for the same price as the company who wanted me to go 4 days without a toilet. Plus the technicians (Anthony & Sean) were professional, neat and quick. Will use this company from now on.
