My experience with Rubber Duck was the worst experience I have had as a home ower thus far. I unfortunately got assigned to them through my home warranty Plumbing I went through my home warranty First American. Who would not reassign me to another company. Even after I made it very clear that the technican and I didn’t get along. I literally felt forced to uncomfortably "play nice". Do not walk away from this company, run. Worst experience ever with a handyman, if you can even call him that. Repeated cancelations, difficult to get on the phone to get appointments scheduled, and overall very unprofessional. After several reschedules, the plumber showed up and went to assess the job 'without the right tools' by his own report, but stated he wasnt going to bother getting the right tools 'because his knees hurt'. He then wrote a fraudulent report to our home warranty, but offered to come back and do the job... read more
