The payment terminal processed two identical transactions even though I used the service only once. This is not a one-time glitch — it’s a repeated issue. Customers should not have to constantly check their bank statements after using a simple car wash. Being charged twice and then having to chase refunds is unacceptable. Fix the payment system. This is not normal and should not keep happening.
