Wanted to support small businesses from my hometown so I Ordered a hooded zip up sweatshirt and they sent the wrong item. Have tried to contact the store via email 2x and tried calling - no response. Customer service severely lacking. Hope to hear back from them soon.

Placed an order two weeks ago on Saturday. said it would be ready Tuesday. Called Tuesday, not ready. Called the following Wednesday (10 days after placing order,7 days after being told it would be ready) and they said they still haven’t even placed the order to get the sweatshirt in. Called two weeks after placing the order and they still can’t tell me when or how long til I get it. SIGNIFICANTLY Over-promised and under delivered.
