Very subpar arepas especially for how expensive they are. I saw good reviews on google and was very disappointed. The sweet plantains were dried up and hard. The rice had no flavor. The arepas we got were hardly mediocre and heavily over-salted. I expected a scrumptious meal for the $20 I spent for one arepa with rice but I can say the meal was truly unremarkable and forgettable. Quiet atmosphere with great service. Seating is open but isolated enough where you get to still enjoy conversation. Food is decently priced, great presentation and serving size. Themed drinks were tasty as well. Definitely a spot to check out at least once.
Este es otro lugar colombiano / venezolano muy pequeño en New Haven. ¡Las arepas de camarones y platija son mis favoritas! ¡Las bebidas Cuba Libre y Caipirinha están a punto! ¡La salsa y las patatas fritas son un gran entrante!
