This place specifically a groomer there mutilated my doodle by shaving him without a guard and cutting him up in many places all over his body. They are red and bleeding. She was asked not to shave his face or head and what I got back was a completely shaved down doodle. He has been stressed with diarrhea for the last two days from writing this review. I took my small / medium sized pup in to get his nails trimmed. I was greeted by a member of staff who looked as if she did not want to be there. I was then introduced to the person who was providing the service. They said their nail trimmer was not charged so they had to use clippers. Unfortunately, I did not check my dogs nail before leaving and I highly regret tipping. Only about HALF of my dogs nails were even cut and two of them were split. I will not be taking him back for any other services.
