Before you drive in ,park your truck on the street and walk in with your BOL to the security .un loading takes a lot of time, for me it took 7hrs to off load full trailer.other than that no problem for me .
Yesterday I saw one of their trucks slam into a parked vehicle. Today one almost ran me off the road. They should not be in business
