Alberto was so kind to help me navigate a technical issue with a fuse that blew to our ac and caused it to not communicate with our thermostat. He walked me through all the steps necessary and got us back up and running without even having to come visit. I was very thankful for his experience and knowledge he was willing to help with even without an actual service call. Fast response and knowledgeable service from Arvin and Selvin. Fixed our AC and I appreciated being shown the problem and the explanation of service needed. I highly recommend this company!
Our AC stopped cooling a couple weeks back. Called on a Sunday, Alberto came out at 6pm on Sunday diagnosed the problem and recharged our Freon. We had to order new coils and he came into twice to recharge lines while we waited for coils to arrive. Alberto is an upmost professional and answered every question. Very professional and he had a repeat customers for as long as he is in business. I will always recommend him for any one who asks. Top notch.
