Ronal came by on Sunday to clean one of our bedrooms that smelled like pet urine due to getting a new puppy. I was ready to give up and install vinyl flooring. Its night and day difference and now the room smells fantastic!! Communicated all morning long on eta was very friendly and professional and will most definitly be using this company for all carpet and floor cleaning going forward.
