Just unbelievable treatment from Andy, the service manager. As many of the drivers and staff know my husband has been fighting for his life battling cancer for quite some time right after having a stroke. Instead of sending a letter to us letting us know we needed to move Trace's truck from the lot, and he took it upon himself to have my husband's truck impounded for $1,600 that there's no way we would have paid it considering all the medical/financial currently.
