Smooth easy transaction with MJ. RTT are very thorough going through the bikes they bring. Before they let me load it on my trailer one of the service technicians took it for one more spin just to make sure everything was working as it should. Thanks MJ. Kevin
Excellent dealership, outstanding, courteous, detailed assistance by sales rep Cameron. Patient and responsive. This was my first time making a major bike purchase long distance, from Virginia. Cameron made a video of every square inch of this Indian Chieftain Classic. Pricing was more than reasonable and there was no loading up with big junk fees. Bike was shipped safely at a great price and arrived early. Nothing bad to say here.

Trying to make a long story short I would never never tell anybody to purchase a bike from Mike the new owner of road track and trail or Ryan in big Bend Wisconsin, it was a complete nightmare dealing with these two I purchased a bike that should’ve never have been sold in the first place!
