I'm writing to express my disappointment with the sales service I received. I visited twice, took a test ride, and made a serious offer, but I was never contacted again. A salesperson's responsibility goes beyond a single transaction; it's about building long-term customer relationships that impact the entire business. A lack of follow-up can damage a company's reputation. I expected more and will take my business elsewhere. I’m usually not one to write these, maybe my 3rd in 54 years.

Buyer BEWARE. On 6.7.25 I purchased a 2017 Harley street Bob with 8,723 miles,I also purchased a 2 year warranty ($1,800 extra) On 8/26 my wife my son and myself went for a ride (3 bikes). When we got back we noticed an oil spot in garage where her bike, the street bob was parked. On 8.28.25 we took it to shop our local Harley dealership. I can't say enough about this place, I dealt with MJ for a salesman. I contacted him throughout the week about a 2022 Vulcan. It was a repo from Texas, so sometimes there would be titling issues in iowa with the repossession. MJ reached out to my local treasurer to make sure that there would be no issues transferring ownership, and there was not. The experience there was super easy and relaxed.
