I was a Driver at RT&T for 5 years as a lease purchase driver very family oriented Jeff and Tiffany are great owners and will bend over backwards to help you succeed. They will get u home for home time when you need to get home I give them a 10/10. Unfortunately I had things pop up in my life and had to leave fast. They was very sad to see me have to go as I was as well but it is a very good company to work for.
Been working here since Sept 2017. Been a lease driver since day 1. Not every company is perfect but if you run it like a business and not a company driver you can do great here. My checks have done nothing but incease since I started. Got on a dedicated run and couldn't be happier. I'll be here till I retire.
Very courteous and professional. Had trailer repaired in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
