RecommendedThis place is absolutely fantastic. Not only do they do great work but they have a undeniable passion for what they do. They didn't just clean-up and fix my bike but they were very adamant that if I ran into a problem again to bring it back, not just for my business, but because they wanted to make sure I was all set. I'll never go back to the Trek store again.
Brought my mud-caked Niner RLT to RTT on the recommendation of a friend as the brakes went south after a less-than-clean ride. Andy diagnosed and fixed the problem that my local, big shop in the 60187 zip code could not come close to figuring out. Their diagnosis was to replace everything . . . the relatively new XTR rotors and pads. And the "mechanic" at that shop made it known to me that he was not a fan of the brand of brakes that I use. Great shop with service above and beyond exceeding expectations, in service and sales. Providing cyclists of all levels what we want and need...verses what they have in stock. Andy the shop owner even took notice on some improper maintenance performed on a recent cycling trip and made things right for no charge. Its that type of pride in quality service and love of cycling that Andy takes with each bike and customer that arrive in his store.
RTT Cycle Shop is the only place to purchase a bike or have it tuned up. Andy Almazon, the owner is very knowledgeable and gave me a extremely competitive price on a bike for my wife, accessories and a bike carrier. The staff goes out out of their way to make sure you are on the road logging in miles. I couldn't be happier with my experiences at this shop. Keep up the great work!
