Was very helpful walking me through everything. And was very understanding if I had questions.
You can rent a unit online but they dont tell you (even if you ask on the phone because they don't know unless you talk to the people on site maybe, i never talk to them when ive called, always somewhere else answering) how tall the roll up doors of the unit is. So for anyone wondering, NO none of the climate controlled units with drove up access have 10' roll up doors.... 8' MAYBE.... Also making you have to pay an additional $55 per month for 24hour gate access is a pointless cash grab. Sorry.
Great Customer service very informative and helpful
