I have used them for years. Lately they don't provide clarity in their pricing structure, and seems significantly overpriced, which you discover only after you receive the invoices. They get offended when you ask for clarifications and they argue with you. Finally I paid them what they wanted to continue the relationship. But then they stopped responding to our more than 10 texts and voicemails. Highly overpriced and non-responsive. Now we stopped using them for both of our companies. Sad to see such a decline in management.
Rts is the best HVAC company in the upper Midwest. Brad and his team has made our business cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable in all areas. Best HVAC company in the upper Midwest. Brad and his team keep our company cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The technicians are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Keep us all up to date on what is going on with each visit. From freezers, coolers, heating systems, air conditioning, they can diagnose and fix. Answers and fast acting on any and all issues.
