RTS installed the HVAC when this building was built in 2016. Since then we have been using them. Brad is an amazing Manager, and their Techs, especially Tom is incredibly knowledgeable. They will come and fix your HVAC issue.

This company was superior when it came to knowledge and repairs. I was quoted a replacement unit for $40,000 by a different company. RTS came and completed inspection and clean and found minor repair was all that was needed. I value honesty and integrity most. RTS has that and my future business. Photo of filters that were to be replaced quarterly that never happened. RTS explained maintaining and keeping our equipment at its best. I have used them for years. Lately they don't provide clarity in their pricing structure, and seems significantly overpriced, which you discover only after you receive the invoices. They get offended when you ask for clarifications and they argue with you. Finally I paid them what they wanted to continue the relationship. But then they stopped responding to our more than 10 texts and voicemails. Highly overpriced and non-responsive. Now we stopped using them for both of our companies. Sad to see such a decline in management.
Rts is the best HVAC company in the upper Midwest. Brad and his team has made our business cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable in all areas. They communicate with us with every visit. Which is commendable to say the least. Always answers and is fast turn Around from the time I call, to the diagnosis, to the fix.
