I relocated from Flint Michigan to Hinesville Georgia in November and it has been nothing but a nightmare from day one. BUYER BEWARE! RTS Homes has illustrated really poor customer relations and they have proven to not be sympathetic or compassionate to the military community’s needs. RTS has failed to produce basic living services/utilities in a timely manner. The closing of our home occurred on 20 January, and some of the issues went unresolved until 01 April. My husband and I are dual military and we purchased on our home when I was 36 weeks pregnant. Shortly after, my husband deployed to Iraq and I was left to get the house in order. I so... read more
