My air didn't work when I turned it on. RT'S was called and they sent someone out promptly. He thought he had it working, but it quit after he left. I called them back and he came out the next morning. Discovered a valve was bad and the part would need to be ordered. Almost a month later still no part and very little contact from them. I called another company, who had the part within 4 days and now my air conditioning is working. Terrible communication from them and still not sure why the part never came in.
Our furnace repair was done quickly, and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend RT's to anyone needing HVAC service. Thanks for getting our house warm again!
Came out right away and diagnosed my furnace issue quickly. Ordered a new main board and got my unit up and running. I appreciate not being pressured into replacing my unit. Highly recommend this company.
After another company did a no call no show, I took a chance with RT’S, and it was a great experience. I live an hour away from the property so communication was key and they did a wonderful job. Called to let me know when they were an hour out, the tech was in a hot attic but took his time and explained to me what was wrong with the furnace. Our second post. Shane came out on Thursday because our air conditioning was not working, he worked long, discovering that a mouse had gotten into the capacitor, electrocuting itself, and messing up the motor. Poor Shane showed back up on Friday @ 8:50 pm to install the motor, worked until almost midnight. He said he was not going to leave until he got us back up and running, mentioning at it is suppose to get up to 100. That is dedication. Knowing all the while he had to be at a Big Job at 5:30 am.
