Wow! Thank you to Ryan and his team for getting us some heat in a professional, timely manner!! We had been without or furnace for 5 weeks due to RUUD/RHEIM not supplying and/or producing replacement parts for existing customers. Only for new customers purchasing new units. BUYER BEWARE!! Had a new HVAC unit installed and have had multiple issues with the unit. A leak in the unit caused multiple hundreds of dollars of cost out of pocket as well as improperly sealed electronics components allowing bugs to enter and short out a circuit board. When asking about the cost of the coolant I was told a refund may be possible through the manufacturer and given a number only valid for partners to call. Ryan was extremely helpful, professional, and quickly addressed the issue I was having with my Heat Pump wiring. He is a very nice guy and went out of his way to explain everything in detail to me so I knew exactly what the problem was, and I would be able to fix it, should it occur again in the future. I can't recommend highly enough. You should 100% go with RT's Heating and Cooling if you ever need anything HVAC related. P.S. - this is a veteran owned business, so it's a great way to support a veteran if you would like.
My AC unit just went out and I called RT’s and they were prompt, courteous and extremely trust worthy. Ryan and his employees did a fantastic job and I would recommend them for any HVAC work you may need. My dogs even enjoyed having them around. A++++++
