I started with RTS end of july, as I realized that after my move and schedule switch the only activity I had been actually doing in 2026 was running my mouth. Came in on a trial and 1st thing I noticed was the good vibes and good playlist. 2nd thing I noticed was how clean everything was. 3rd thing that I noticed was a " Ladies, take what you need" sign in the restroom above a consideration cabinet that had everything from hair ties and makeup wipes, to deoderant spray and monthy lady time items. The staff and trainers are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, which makes a big difference. Whether you’re just starting out or have been working out for years, this is a great place to stay consistent and reach your goals. 💪 I’ve been training here since the beginning and have watched the trainers create a strong community centered around support, motivation, and friendship. I was looking for a gym with great community, motivation, and enthusiasm. I came across RTS Fitness through Instagram and automatically loved what I was seeing. This journey has been the most motivating and encouraging journey so far, from the awesome coaches to the fun workouts you get to do, it is a great way to get your body moving while also reaching ultimate fitness goals. I would recommend this to anybody!
