Coming back this year it’s like I never left. The coaches and other members treat you like family they take very good care of each member to help build on ones fitness level. I didn’t realize how strong I actually was postpartum if it wasn’t for the coaches help in my technique and just have them be my biggest cheerleaders to add more weight or go that extra rep

RTS is by far one of the best gyms I have ever been a member of. I've tried several gyms, but none can compare to the amazing and exceptional coaches at RTS. From the moment you walk in, the coaches greet you with a smile and quickly get you set up to start your workout. I been a member for 1 year and I really enjoy it best decision I ever made, the coaches are amazing patient and professional. Super cool vibe and great music I love it join now you won’t regret it .
Great gym and even better culture. The coaches make sure to tailor workouts for all ages and for all fitness levels. The run club is my favorite and I appreciate Coach Ray always keeping me accountable.
