The staff and trainers are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, which makes a big difference. Whether you’re just starting out or have been working out for years, this is a great place to stay consistent and reach your goals. 💪 I’ve been training here since the beginning and have watched the trainers create a strong community centered around support, motivation, and friendship. I was looking for a gym with great community, motivation, and enthusiasm. I came across RTS Fitness through Instagram and automatically loved what I was seeing. This journey has been the most motivating and encouraging journey so far, from the awesome coaches to the fun workouts you get to do, it is a great way to get your body moving while also reaching ultimate fitness goals. I would recommend this to anybody!
Great place for strength training in San Diego county! In addition to their in person training , they offer personal and online coaching that I highly recommend for those with busy schedules who want to incorporate fun yet impactful exercise routines into their daily routine.
Es un gym q te inspiran a seguir y a llegar a tu metas y mas aya de tus metas te hacen sentir en familia y tienes mucho apoyo tanto en los coaches como en las compañeras . Yo estoy muy contenta x q e marcado mis piernas y mis brazos en poco tiempo . Lo recomiendo al 100 . No duden en darle la oportunidad de venir y entrenar por su salud y bienestar.
Excelente lugar para entrenar, muy completo y con muy buen ambiente, entrenadores preparados y varios horarios para entrenar.
