I highly recommend this company. They did significant work for me including crown molding and window trim throughout my home. But the best part was my library which is my signature room. They built me floor to ceiling built-in bookcases in walnut with a rolling ladder. Absolutely beautiful!
Russ and his crew have completed two projects for us. One was a major renovation, the second was an exterior door installation. Both times Russ was pleasant to work with and the jobs were completed to our standards. The cost of service is on par for the quality of work they provide. RTS gave us a verbal quote and when architectueal drawings were received they increased the project cost by 40k. The plans he discussed with the architect were not what I discussed with him and they measured incorrectly. We are left with architectural plans we cannot use, an outrageous estimate to complete the work and RTS is unwilling to discuss or correct. We’ve used RTS Construction for over 15 years and the work is always outstanding. We just had our basement and front porch renovated and it came out great. Russ kept us informed throughout the entire process and kept us on budget. Highly recommended.
