RTS is honestly a great place to work. They give everybody the opportunity to move up and grow with the company if you show up and do your job. I've worked here for over a year now and honestly enjoy what I do! I would be lying if I said it wasn't hard work during the summer with the heat from the ovens, but if you stay hydrated you'll make it. Horrible place to work, doesn’t pay Enuff for physical work an safe hazards of being in air
Placed an application and by end of day got an email that said I’m not qualified to work there. My question how is the younger generation supposed to learn anything if no one teaches them? Not only that you are getting paid more than a teacher to train someone and you still can’t teach someone a specific skill or qualities that a employer look for?
They will find any excuse to short you on your bonuses and your differential only take a job there if your desperate and take the next offer you get
