Unfortunately, I didn't have quite good of an experience. I was overcharged for the initial diagnostics, because apparently the mechanic spent too much time diagnosing issues, which I didn't ask for, I'd pay same price for 5 min or 3 hrs, that's the way it should be, in my opinion. Secondly, I was promised to be contacted with a quote for the parts and work to be done. No contact for a week. I called and left a message, no one called back. Great experience with this shop! I am visiting Kodiak for a few months and my car was acting up. They got me in right away, troubleshooted quickly, and got it fixed right away. Very transparent with their pricing, and great customer service. Thanks guys!
Flexiblw Easy scheduling and great communication, no hidden charges and great results.
Literally the best auto shop experience I’ve ever had. Called them while I was on the water with guests, they said bring it by. so I took my f250 in for brakes, not only were they extremely transparent on pricing, which rotors and pads I wanted, which ones they recommended, but they also discovered my rear suspension needing replacing as well as other things in the rear axle.
