Rusty and his family went above and beyond to get our vehicle up and running! He researched the problem to understand what was happening, he had all the right tools, and he expertly performed the repair. Highly recommend.
Lived in Kodiak for 3 years and went to these guys anytime our vehicles had issues or needed maintenance and they always fixed the problem and got us right, usually getting us in and out same day if not the next day.
Unfortunately, I didn't have quite good of an experience. I was overcharged for the initial diagnostics, because apparently the mechanic spent too much time diagnosing issues, which I didn't ask for, I'd pay same price for 5 min or 3 hrs, that's the way it should be, in my opinion. Secondly, I was promised to be contacted with a quote for the parts and work to be done. No contact for a week. I called and left a message, no one called back. Great experience with this shop! I am visiting Kodiak for a few months and my car was acting up. They got me in right away, troubleshooted quickly, and got it fixed right away. Very transparent with their pricing, and great customer service. Thanks guys!
