I’m a Visitor, and I had a tire going flat. I was able to air up to get into town to look for help. I went to rhino tires and was told “they only take Appointments“ she begrudgingly referred me to others. Bravo was horrible. They left at for the afternoon to “enjoy the sun“ and They “didn’t know anybody who could help me. RTS folks were amazing. They took me right in. They fixed it right away with a smile and the price was right. The young man assisting me was also so polite. Please.support them!!
They provided excellent customer service. Very fast . I’m more than satisfied with the whole experience.
RTS Auto is hands down my go-to in Kodiak! Rusty and his crew always go above and beyond for me! They’ve taken care of everything from big jobs like pulling my transmission, shipping it to Anchorage, getting it rebuilt, and putting it all back in… to the simple stuff like oil changes and ordering tires. Solid, reliable, and people I trust 100%. Definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough things about RTS Auto! Every time I’ve needed work done on my vehicles they’ve gone above and beyond, offering fair pricing and making sure everything is done right. It’s hard in a small town to find an auto shop that combines skill, integrity and customer care the way they do. I highly recommend them.
