Do not buy a Kirby from this company – This was by far the worst sales experience that I have had to endure. I was first approached by a woman at my door stating that she a a "free" in home demonstration of a cleaning solution. If she had mentioned it was for a Kirby Vaccum I would have sent her on her way. Nevertheless two gentlemen showed up later with Kirby in tote. The one gentlemen left leaving the other behind to demonstrate.
