Trevor Todd was our lawyer in 2018 for three years resolution of my father's estate. Mr Todd was in a contingency bases 30% but dropped down to 20%. Despite some of his in court success he was extremely lazy and inattentive. Also very disorganized and highly dysfunctional. Even noticed he couldn't spell proper words and English in his notes ... almost like he's dyslexic. The mediation was his suggestion which was a disaster. Trevor Todd is not helpful and he is rude. If I could give him a zero I would give him zero.
I telephoned Trevor Todd to compliment him on his brilliant paper on Undue Influence, To my surprise when I announced who I was and where I was calling from Mr. Todd told me he receives many of these telephone calls and flat out hung up the telephone. Very rude!
