Dealt with Matt doing my 4th auto with them. Only did an auto loan this to make it easier for me to pay the vehicle off. Transferred new loan from Toyota to them. Told them my first payment would be payoff and didn’t want to seem like a waste of time for them. They were more than accommodating and handled everything in a couple of hours. Great branch and credit union to deal with!
Ed is so knowledgeable and explains in detail about products offered. He makes it efficient and seamless. Over the top customer service. I am very happy.
