Amazing working with Matt! I reached out as a non member about a home equity loan and he was very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining all loans and how they did, or did not, meet my needs. The whole process was efficient and I had renovation funds in my account in less than a month! 100% recommend RTP and Matt!
I worked with Lea today to open up an individual checking account and purchase a 6-month CD. The whole process was very smooth and quick. She provided copies of all the documents and set things up so that once my initial check clears in my account (i.e. once my checking account is funded), their system will automatically invest in a 6-month CD from that account. I won't even have to call them to purchase the CD. This is how every banking experience should be! This was their branch in RTP.
