Para mí son unas excelentes personas, siempre me han ayudado. Además son seres humanos y como tal estamos supuestos a veces a cometer errores. Pero hasta el momento a mí me han atendido muy bien, muy amables y serviciales, y evacuado todas mis dudas!! yo los felicito!!

I strongly recommend everyone NOT to go here. I used their ATM (and paid their $2 fee) since my bank does not have ATMs and I want to support credit unions, but when I went inside to get some denominations other than $20 bills, they refused service even with my ATM receipt as I'm not a member. Both of the young gentlemen, including the teller, were kind and professional, but the higher ups proceeded to make gruff, rude, and snide comments about my wish to make this simple transaction. Even the simplest transactions are major complications at this branch. Careless mistakes constantly happening. Every little thing is an ordeal and takes an inordinate length of time. Seem to be really outdated.
