I had my second root canal today with Dr. Chen. She and her staff are extremely professional and the experience was painless, even with the anxiety I have with dental work! Dr. Chen is precise, gentle and very good at what she does. I was very pleased with the results. Highly recommend
My experience with Dr. Chen was good in every way.
I went for a Re-Canal, after 1 day and a half I was struck by crippling pain in my teeth in the middle of the night - hospital could do nothing for me, other dentists couldn't do anything for me - Dr. Chen answered her phone 2 hours before opening time, told me to come in right away - was so caring and helpful and made me better instantly. She knew exactly what was wrong, what to do and changed the prescriptions of a dentist immediately so that I am now getting GOOD painkillers and antibiotics.
I can only say that we need more doctors like dr chen in the american health care system! She is extremely knowledgeable...explaining in detail every detail of my condition. I would recommend her highly to anyone needing endontic care!
As far as root canals go I had an excellent experience. Explained everything throughly and no pain during or after. Highly recommend!

She is confident in her skill, yet infinitely patient. She went to great pains to explain every step of the procedure and answered all my questions. At all times she was attentive to any discomfort.
