stop looking and select Rick I could not be happier. If your experience with Rick isn’t above five stars, it’s nothing he did and time to look in the mirror! His crews were courteous, efficient and on time, respectful, neat…professional! The kindness in their explanations were accommodating. All the work was done through the window well, which felt like every morning Santa Claus came through the chimney, and I would come down the stairs to witness amazing precision completion! We had a great experience working with Rick at RTP construction to finish our basement. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and stayed on schedule, which was really important to us. He was on the job site almost every day and managed his team well. He was by far the best contractor we’ve ever worked with.

We had the best experience with Rick during our basement finish project! No need to micro manage Rick, he was at our home every day ensuring progress was quality and on time. He went above and beyond! All of his team were super professional, speedy and tidy too. He never once mentioned leaving a review. I call that professional. Thank you Rick for a beautiful basement.

We had a great experience finishing our basement with Rick. The project was completed in under five weeks, with excellent communication and fair pricing throughout. He was punctual, kept the work area clean, and brought in quality trades. Any last-minute items were addressed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

RTP Construction was truly a blessing for my husband and me. Rick was kind and so generous to squeeze us into his already busy schedule. But we never felt like we were being squeezed. He was skilled, efficient, and prompt in his work. Rick made us his top priority for the three weeks he worked in our home. We are so very pleased with our finished product and will surely recommend RTP and Rick Ellefson to anyone we know needing remodeling assistance.
