This company has some of the best employees by far! They have been nothing but kind and patient with me over the past two years when it comes to making payments on my shed. Bought a shed through RTO, We thought we had their coverage on the building, but Zack, our salesman said that he would add it but could not do it at the time we asked to have it added, due to WIFI issues. 20 months later, a 90 mph gust of wind took out a 20 foot top of a tree, causing it to go through the roof of my 10 × 12 shed. RTO will not help me in anyway to either replace it or repair it, stating it was our responsibility to add the coverage. On their site, there is no way for us to view the contract.
