I've never had a problem with these people but if u are behind they will listen. But no one seems to understand this is the way they make make money and they need their money to. When they put trust in u that you are gonna pay your bill JUST PAY IT THEY HAVE TO LIVE TO. These people are not easy to work with, hassing calls we everyday. Block your account from making payments and then try to repossess your shed. Find a different dealer if you can.
This company has some of the best employees by far! They have been nothing but kind and patient with me over the past two years when it comes to making payments on my shed. Communication is key with them! I hate to admit that I have lacked in that aspect more than I would like during this time but each time I have messaged them or spoken on the phone with them they have truly taken the time to listen and understand.
